   Perfekt - genau so mache ich es auch und funktioniert, zumindestens bei meiner Frau unglaublich gut. Ohne Übertreibung bekomme ich sie so bis zu 10 mal zu Höhepunkt. Dann sollte man(n) aber aufhöhren sie sind dann total fertig aber das Lächeln in ihrem Gesicht bleibt stundenlang.

   Ich muss sagen in etwas abgeänderter Form habe ich es schon des Öfteren geschafft meine Süße Spritzen zu lassen. Das mit den 30 min Zucken ist von dem was ich bis jetzt mitbekommen habe etwas übertrieben. Eine gute viertel Stunde kann das aber schonmal sein.

   Tolle Anleitung, funktioniert auch super. Meine Freundin spritzt mir das ganze Bett voll und das stundenlange Grinsen ist echt genial vor allem wenn dann noch Aussagen wie “Du bist verrückt!” oder “Was machst du nur mit mir?” kommen. Allerdings kann ich das mit dem Zucken nicht bestätigen. Ich weiss nicht ob ich was falsch mache oder sie einfach nicht genug Muskeln zum Zucken hat.

   Verstehe ich das richtig, dass man sobald man mit dem Lecken aufhört, die beiden Finger in der Scheide nur noch hoch und runter bewegt, also nicht mehr den G-Punkt streichelt (die Finger vor und zurück bewegt)? Wo berürht man sie dann innen noch? Immer nur wenn man ganz oben ist den G-Punkt?

   Hi,
   das ergibt sich fast wie von selbst. Du solltest innen durchaus noch den Gpunkt streicheln, dieses Streicheln wirst du aber kaum hinkriegen wenn du immer hoch und runter gehst, durch dieses auf und ab reibst du automatisch daran, da deine Fingerposition in dieser “Komm-Her” Bewegung verharrt. Am besten ist einfach ausprobieren, das kannst du sehr schnell.

   der Text ist von und für Männer: Die Sprachwahl muss nicht gewählt sein und dies ist auch nicht Sinn und Zweck einer Gpunkt Anleitung. Wer eine Anleitung ala “Ihren Liebeskern mit flammender Leidenschaft zu liebkosen…” findet und dieser auch noch Information vermittelt, bitte gerne, dann ne Mail an mich. Ich will mich hier mit deiner Meinung nicht weiter befassen, das ist dein Ding, nur die Behauptung, dass es sich um unterstes Förderschul”neveau”, Niveau heißt es übrigens, handelt und das eine Frau soetwas über sich ergehen lässt, muss ich zurückweisen. Gpunkt Orgasmen hervorrufen können nur wenige Männer und diese sind hart umkämpft. Wenn Sex für dich allerdings ein “Über-dich-ergehen-lassen” ist, dann ist deine Meinung verständlich.

   also ich find’s ne ganz mutige tolle sache von dir lieber autor.

   Und was heißt hier überhaupt unterstes Förderschulniveau…an welchen Wörtern ziehst du dich denn auf. Für mich wirkst du ziemlich prüde und reichlich unerfahren. Und ein bißchen schmutzig reden beim Sex hat noch niemanden geschadet. Im Gegenteil das macht doch erst richtig geil.

   Ich find den Text sehr anschaulich, sehr verständlich und sehr auffordernd. Also ich weiß was ich heut abend tun werde.

   Habe selber eine schon längerandauernde Affäre zu einem Mann, welcher mir es WIRKLICH unglaublich gut besorgen kann. Die Multiorgasmen haben wir zwar noch nicht geknackt, aber heut Abend werden wir das wohl mal üben. ;

    Um auf deine Frage zu kommen; Ich persönlich halte es für das Beste eine möglich ehrliche und offene Verbindung zum Partner zu halten damit man, wenn nicht sogar überall, wenigstens im Bereich Sex ohne Hindernisse reden und sich austauschen kann. Ich würde ihn einfach mal fragen ob er schon mal was von Gpunkt orgasmen gehört hat, weil du das vielleicht mal von ner Freundin gehört hast oder so. Dann googelt er, oder du googelst mit ihm und landet zufällig hier weil du den richtigen Link anklickst und du bist nicht schuld =) Das ist natürlich die Methode für Mädels die nicht so einen offenen Draht haben oder lieber auf Nummer sicher gehen wollen, anderenfalls kannst du es ihm auch einfach ausdrucken und schweinisch ins Ohr flüstern: “Morgen hast du DAS drauf, sonst gibts Haue”
    Ne mal im ernst, ich denke das muss jeder selbst wissen, wenn Er/Sie “zufällig” auf diese Seite stößt ist das sicherlich die ungebundenste Methode.

    Also ich habe eine sehr ausgeprägte Sexualität mit meiner Partnerin.Von analingus bis Fisten is da alles dabei.Ich würde auch lügen wenn ich sagen würde das ihr der sex zu langweilig oder nicht gut genug wäre,dennoch habe ich trotz ausgiebigen Nachforschungen nicht die, wie beschriebene, resonanz von zucken oder “Abspritzen” bekommen.Multiple orgasmen ja klar aber nicht dieses zucken usw.Die anleitung des Autors ist dennoch sehr gut um es der frau gut zu besorgen.     ich hatte nie bevor diesen text gelesen aber dabei sind mir einige errinerungen hoch gekommen es hat mir sehr gefallen wie du es geschrieben hast respekt

    Danke dafür, dass du dein Wissen nicht für dich allein behälst, sondern Tipps veröffentlichst, damit die, wie du selber sagst, rar gesäten Männer eben dann doch nicht mehr sooo in der Minderheit sind!
    Übrigens… ich finde deinen Schreibstil sehr natürlich und nachvollziehbar… Hättest du von irgendwelchen Perlen und Liebkosungen gesprochen, hätten es eh die wenigsten Kerle verstanden und der Sinn dieser Anleitung wäre dahin.

    Das Wasser steht bereit um den Wasserbedarf des Körpers wieder schnell decken zu können. Bei einem G-Punkt Orgasmus mit Ejakulat verliert die Frau einiges an Flüssigkeit und natürlich wegen der Anstrengung. Es ist glaube ich nicht schlecht beim Sex generell eine Flasche Wasser bereit zu haben

    Das ist problematisch, weil ihr Blutdruck extrem im Keller ist und sie ewig ausgepowert ist. Zusätzlich gehören kurze Beinkrämpfe und unkontrolliertes Zucken zum GPunkt Orgasmus. Deswegen lieber vorsorgen

    Die Technik gefällt mir, scheinst diese perfektionieren zu wollen

    Ich denke, die “Erschöpfungs-Symptome” nach dem zigten Orgasmus unterscheiden sich von Frau zu Frau. Ich kann nur von einer sprechen, da ich meine Techniken nur einer Lady anwende

    Hallo Freunde der weiblichen Lust.
    An den Autor gut beschrieben, damit es beim Sex besser klappt.
    Ich persönlich habe andere Erfahrungen gesammelt. Die Grundvorraussetzung ist meines Wissens nach, die absolute Harmonie mit dem Partner und das Vertrauen. Hinzu kommt das sich beide fallen lassen können.

    Hi,
    Das finde ich total klasse, dass ein Mann die Geheimnisse uns rar gesähten guten Liebhaber verrät. Kompliment. Die Anleitung ist super.

    Und nicht verzweifeln. Mehrere Komentare hier zusammengefasst sind die Lösung.
    Am Anfang sollte es zwischen Mann und Frau schnaggeln. Das ist die Grundvorraussetzung. Sonst wird das nur ein brutales rum geruppe bis der Arzt kommen muß. Dann viel Gefühl und langsam mit der Frau steigern. Natürlich sind fantasievolle Männer klar im Vorteil.

    Die Technik ist gut erklärt. Aber natürlich muß Mann das üben.
    Dazu muß nicht ein Truthahn alias Mr Bean gekauft werden.

    Einfach mal googeln. Es gibt videos. Dann hat Mann ein paar Bilder zu dem Text oben.

    Und an die LeserFrauen. Fallen lassen können wurde schon erwähnt.

    Der Schreibstil erinnert mich ein bischen an eine Bedienungsanleitung, dabei musste ich schon ein ums andere mal grinsen. Aber als Mann gibts auch einen Weg sich dem Thema G-Punkt Orgasmus autodidaktisch zu nähern. Der Prostata Orgasmus.
    Kein Mythos, sondern seit Jahrtausenden in verschiedenen Kulturen praktiziert und mehr oder weniger vergessen. Mann und Frau unterscheiden sich gar nicht so grundsätzlich in den Möglichkeiten des sexuellen Empfindens. Dieser Text ist so ähnlich auch mit vertauschten Geschlechterollen vorstellbar. Ein Mann der einen Prostata Orgasmus erlebt hat, hat auch ein völlig anderes Verständnis des G-Punkt Orgasmus der Frau. Das zusammen mit einem liebevollen Partner zu erforschen ist der Gipfel der vorstellbaren Lust und bereichert das Sexualleben um ganz neue Dimensionen. Es gibt bestimmt noch zu wenige Paare die überhaupt wissen was es da zu Wissen und vor allem zu erleben gibt;)

    Hmm. Das hört sich echt toll an. Fakt ist aber, dass eingedrungene Finger, Schwänze oder Spielzeuge mich in keinster Weise erregen oder gar befriedigen. Egal, wie dick, wie lang, wie schnell (oder langsam), wie gekrümmt, wie ausdauernd, mit welcher Technik oder welchem Druck. Und auch egal, wie sehr ich den Mann liebe und begehre. Ich habe da innen *keinerlei* Empfindungen, es findet keine Stimulation statt. Normaler GV ist daher auch nicht befriedigend für mich, in keiner Stellung.

    Viel wichtiger ist der Umgang mit der Klit, lasst euch das mal gesagt sein. Und wenn in einer Anleitung steht “jetzt kannst du mit dem Lecken aufhören”, finde ich das erstmal grundsätzlich falsch. Das sind genau die Momente, in denen man als Frau leidet, weil man schon weiß, dass man jetzt auf eine ganz tolle Penetration mit Begeisterung zu reagieren hat. Wenn es nach dem Mann geht. Anstatt dass er einfach weitermacht, was doch gerade noch so schön war.

    Ich habe darüber mit meinen Freundinnen schon oft gesprochen (einzeln, nicht im Rudel) und auch mit sehr vielen Frauen im Urlaub, wo man sich offener unterhalten kann, weil man sich nie mehr wiedersieht. Das Thema ist mir schon immer sehr wichtig, weil es mich unter einen Druck setzt, der völlig unnötig ist. Ich wollte wissen, wie viele das denn nun erleben und wie viele nicht.

    Nicht eine einzige (!) war dabei, die ohne Reizung der Klit zum Orgasmus kommen kann. Nicht eine einzige. Und mit Reizung meine ich: bis zum Ende - auf keinen Fall aufhören! Wenn dabei zusätzlich ein Gefühl des “Ausgefülltseins” durch Penetration erzeugt wird, ist das prima, aber der absolut unwichtigere Teil. Wenn Multitasking Schwierigkeiten bereitet und keine Schlangenmenschenqualitäten vorhanden sind, dann bitte das Wichtige weitermachen (Klit bearbeiten) und das Unwichtige unterlassen (Penetration, womit auch immer).

    Ich finde es aber trotzdem sehr nett, wenn ein Mann sich überhaupt Gedanken darum macht. Und vielleicht gibt es ja auch wirklich Frauen, die innerlich diese empfindliche Stelle haben, ich gönne es ihnen von Herzen (und mit etwas Neid). Aber, liebe Männer, bitte bedenkt, dass es viele Frauen gibt, die diese Stelle nicht haben - und wenn ihr noch so lange danach sucht und noch so lange innen rumrubbelt.

    Das baut nur Leistungsdruck auf und man ist als Frau versucht, ihm was vorzuspielen, weil er sich doch so lieb bemüht - und so vergeblich. Und aufhören tut er ja auch nicht von allein. Und wenn man was sagt, ist er beleidigt. Wie beim GV: er ist stolz, dass er ganz lange was machen kann - was Frau nur leider weder erregt noch befriedigt. Das ist echt die Wurzel allen Frusts.     ich glaube nicht, das alle frauen gleich ticken. dies bestätigt sich bei unterschiedlichster sexueller stimulation besonders. die eine mags so lieber, die andere kann so besser. auch die zykluskurve beeinflusst die sensibilität des tages.
